Vicky´s Nylons

Even more New Suspender Belts and Nylons – Eros Veneziani

Hello everyone,

After the many great new suspender belts from Coquette last week, I have – as announced – another new category for you. This time it’s going to be a little more special.

If that’s not quite your thing, you can look forward to the next blog post, because there I’ll introduce you to another collection from designer Pipa, where things will get more colorful again… but first, a small addition:

Darque

Darque WetLook StockingsDarque is a subcategory of Coquette, the beautiful lingerie I introduced to you in the last blog post. Currently, there is only one product from Vicky’s Nylons in this category, but more are sure to follow soon. I might have mentioned before that I find nylons with lace tops very beautiful, and now the Darque WetLook Nylon is available in the shop. It looks like thin leather, or as if it were wet, and is completely pitch black. The welt is made of beautiful lace and has sewn-in silicone strips to keep the nylons up; the WetLook nylons are indeed hold-ups and also completely opaque. I’m excited to see what’s next from Darque at Vicky’s.

Eros Veneziani

Eros Veneziani is a designer of lingerie that is rather provocative, featuring a wet-look or leather look, or made of lace. Anyone who Googles him will find that he not only designs “normal” lingerie but also produces more specialized fetish wear. However, Vicky’s Nylons has focused on – let’s say casually – the “harmless” lingerie, which I will introduce below.

Suspender Belts and Garter Belts

Vicky’s offers suspender belts made of mesh or silk, or wet-look garter belts in black and red, including matching nylons. On the left, you see the Carla wet-look garter belt, which is also available in red, where it’s called Paula. Both have six adjustable suspender straps and a hook-and-eye closure. A bit more delicate is the Lena garter belt – the picture on the right – which actually looks like a belt because it’s cut perfectly straight. Furthermore, it’s entirely made of white lace, and I find the arrangement of the suspender straps really great, with exactly one strap in the middle at the back of the thigh, holding the nylon.

Corselets

In addition to suspender belts and garter belts, various corselets made of lace, mesh, or wet-look material are also offered.

Here you can see the Lola, Mandy, Helena, and Heidi corselets; the Jana corselet is not in the photos. It is similar to Helena, but shows a little more décolletage than a half-cup… Lola and Heidi naturally have the advantage that the firmer wet-look fabric also shapes the waist a bit.

Some of the corselets are available in the shop, including matching thongs and/or stockings. I think that’s a good idea, as it’s often difficult to find matching items, especially for more unusual pieces. Many people, myself included, generally might have one or two corselets and certainly no matching thongs in their wardrobe.

Leggings

Something completely different from nylons and suspender belts are the Eros Veneziani WetLook Leggings in red or black. They are certainly not suitable for everyday wear, but they probably make quite a statement when you get them swinging on the dance floor or let them glitter during New Year’s Eve fireworks. On the front, the leggings have a small silver sequin, which adds a little sparkling touch to the entire outfit.

Eros Veneziani WetLook Leggings

Unlike fabric trousers, WetLook leggings, much like nylons, must fit perfectly. Putting on wet-look lingerie always requires a bit more effort, especially in summer when it’s extremely warm and you’re sweating. For full-length leggings, you should allow a little more time to put them on. I can also well imagine that they aren’t exactly comfortable when you want to sit down, but perhaps I’m mistaken. I haven’t tried on any wet-look leggings yet, so that’s another item for my long, long “to-try” list.

Next time, I’ll research some tricks regarding putting on and caring for wet-look lingerie. Perhaps one of you has already had some experience? Feel free to share these and all other comments, experiences, and suggestions via the comment function. I’m excited!

See you soon,

yours Julia
